I don't want to jinx it, but I think that with a little experimentation (read: a dodgy dressing that didn't do what it was meant to much to my advantage) I've managed to nudge my wound along with the healing process. It's now drier than it's been in about a month and looks significantly healthier. Fingers crossed it's finally going in the right direction!

After a week off from exercise due to feeling decidedly under the weather I'm back at it now, and I've restarted the BBG, along with upping the intensity of my power walks. For the first time too, I decided to formulate a plan for my workouts instead of just doing whatever I felt like on the day. I now have a schedule for the rest of the month that I've fit in around any events already in my calendar in the hope that a regimented plan will ensure that exercise is more of a priority. It fits in perfectly with my March challenge to be more organised, so we'll see how it goes. Two days in and I'm doing exactly as I said I would, so hopefully this bodes well for the rest of the month.
Aside from the above, I seem to be ticking along as normal. My tidying and organisation skills have stepped up a notch this week so I'm busier than I've been in months and feel all the better for it. Let's hope that this is the start of something wonderful...
